At the second session, the XV National Assembly is expected to consider and approve two Law projects and five draft resolutions (according to the process at one session), including: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Statistics ; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Criminal Procedure Code; Resolutions on a number of specific mechanisms and policies for Hai Phong city development; Nghe An province; Thanh Hoa; Hue; The resolution stipulates the organization of online court hearings.
The National Assembly also considered and commented on five bills: Mobile police; Cinema (revised); Law on Insurance Business (amended); Emulation and commendation (amended) and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Intellectual Property Law.
