1- Eat salt celery- As soon as you eat food, you must eat salt and celery after this. Ajwain seeds contain a compound called thymol, which secretes gastric juice. Eating ajwain accelerates digestion and provides relief in gas problem. You grind about half a teaspoon of celery and mix it with some black salt and drink it with water. This will give immediate relief.
2- Drink baking soda and lemon juice- On the day you feel the problem of gas and indigestion, you must drink baking soda and lemon juice. This will give you instant relief in gas. For this, mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice and half a teaspoon baking powder in a cup of water. Drink it immediately. This will give quick relief in stomach gas.
3- Drink cumin water- Cumin is also good to remove gastric problem. When you feel that you are getting gas or have eaten some heavy food, then drink cumin water. Cumin contains essential oils, which stimulate the salivary glands. By eating cumin, the food is digested well and it does not cause gas in the stomach. For this you take 1 teaspoon cumin and boil it in two cups of water for 10-15 minutes. Cool this water and drink it after eating.
4- Drink asafetida water- If children have gas, then asafetida water is given to them. Asafoetida must be used in food. Due to this digestion remains good. If you are having gas then you can drink gas water. This will give you relief in the problem of flatulence. You have to take half a teaspoon asafetida and drink it after mixing it in lukewarm water. By drinking asafetida water, the formation of gas is reduced and the stomach also becomes clean.
