Store coriander like this-

1- Whenever you buy coriander from the market, pluck its leaves and separate the roots. By doing this, coriander remains fresh for a long time.

2- After this now you have to take a container. After that put some water in that container. After this add a spoonful of turmeric powder to it. After this, soak coriander leaves in it for about 30 minutes.

3-After this, wash and dry the leaves after taking them out of the water.

4- After this, clean the coriander leaves thoroughly with a paper towel. Keep in mind that water should not remain in coriander leaves.

5-After this, now take another container. Put a paper towel in it.

6- After this put the leaves in it. Now cover the leaves with another paper towel.

7- Take special care that there is no water left in the coriander.

8- Now close this container well airtight. After this, you can handle the coriander kept in this way for one to two weeks.

To make jaggery chutney, first take a pan and heat mustard oil in it. After this, now heat the jaggery on medium flame and mix it. After adding olives, add salt, panch phoran, red chili powder, roasted cumin and cook for some time. After that add honey to it. Now let it cook on the gas for some time. After a while your sour-sweet chutney will be ready. You can easily make it at home with the help of this recipe. You can also eat this chutney with parathas.
