New Delhi: Samsung is going to discontinue the Galaxy S20 FE, the popular smartphone of its Galaxy S20 series. According to Tipster Ice Universe, the 4G variant of this phone will be discontinued. Samsung is going to replace the 4G variant of this phone with the 5G variant. The 4G variant comes with Exynos 990 processor. But, in the 5G variant, the company will offer a more powerful Snapdragon 865+ processor.

The company Galaxy S20 FE 5G was launched in India last week. In India, the Exynos 990 will be offered in the 4G variant of the phone and the Snapdragon 865 processor in the 5G variant. The company will discontinue the 4G variant and launch a 5G variant of the Snapdragon 865+ processor.

Features of the phone
The phone has a 6.5-inch Full HD Plus Super AMOLED display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The phone aspect ratio is 20.9. It comes with a refresh rate of 120Hz and HDR10 + support. This display fingerprint sensor phone comes with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.

As a processor, the phone is powered by Exynos 990 in 4G variant and Snapdragon 865 chipset in 5G variant. For photography, the phone has a triple rear camera setup with LED flash on the back panel. It has a 12-megapixel primary camera with a 12-megapixel ultra wide angle lens and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens. This phone has a 32 megapixel camera for selfies.

The phone is powered by a 4500mAh battery. The phone supports 25 watt wired and 15 watt wireless charging. For connectivity, the phone comes with options like WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.0 GPS, NFC and USB Type C port. The 4G variant is priced at Rs 49,999 in India while the 5G variant is priced at Rs 59,999.
