5 tsp mustard oil, one bowl olive crushed, 50 g jaggery, 2 tsp panch phoran, 2 tsp roasted cumin, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp honey.
Method to make Jaggery Chutney-
To make jaggery chutney, first take a pan and heat mustard oil in it. After this, now heat the jaggery on medium flame and mix it. After adding olives, add salt, panch phoran, red chili powder, roasted cumin and cook for some time. After that add honey to it. Now let it cook on the gas for some time. After a while your sour-sweet chutney will be ready. You can easily make it at home with the help of this recipe. You can also eat this chutney with parathas.
